Shakshuka with Feta & Fresh Herbs

A skillet breakfast with jammy eggs, feta, herbs, and plenty of crusty bread on the side.

Soft eggs in a warmly spiced tomato base.

Method

Build the sauce. Cook onions and garlic, then simmer tomatoes with warm spices.

Add the eggs. Make small wells and crack the eggs in, then cover until set to your liking.

Finish. Scatter over feta and herbs, then serve straight from the pan.
