Za'atar Flatbread with Olive Oil & Herbs

Soft flatbread brushed with olive oil and za'atar, ideal for mezze tables and quick lunches.

Method

Prepare the dough. Mix a soft dough and allow it to rise until airy.

Shape and top. Stretch into rounds and brush generously with olive oil and za'atar.
